Complete the Altera Self-Attestation process by filling out the documentation below and sending completed copies to ADPFHIRSupport@alterahealth.com after requesting access to the production. Once Altera FHIR team reviews documentations, your application will be approved to access Altera FHIR production server. Altera clients will be able to view your application information and license it through Altera License Management Portal (LMP).
Self-Attestation process is only applicable to Open-Integrator members who choose to self-report as "production ready". To learn more about different integrator membership levels, go to Altera ONC Regulatory Compliance site.
